Shipping policy

• All orders are placed online. 
• HTVMAX offers a $4.99 freight charge on orders over $200 (some restrictions apply based on product selection, item, and weight). These freight charges apply only to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico; additional shipping costs may apply.
• All orders are ship standard delivery from our warehouse in Texas.
• HTVMAX does not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.
• HTVMAX is not responsible for package theft.
• HTVMAX is not responsible if wrong address is provided during checkout.

Delivery Dates are Monday-Friday, excluding all major holidays. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. UPS Home Delivery shipments may deliver on Saturdays & Sundays where applicable. Monitor your shipments using UPS My Choice
